Mya is the best leader you could ask for! She is always positive and willing to help in anyway. She helps our team thrive and work to be the best we can.

Lisa is an outstanding manager. She not only cares for all of the patients as if they are her own, she cares the same for her employees! She has an open door policy and no matter how busy she is, she always makes time for everyone as if nothing else is on her agenda. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and believes in hearing all sides of the story! I have never had a boss as awesome as she is! As if that is not enough, she has increased census and is managing 100+ patients now with three times the staff! She is so amazing- I hope hospice never loses her!

She is a great example of heart for hospice as she strives to serve patients to the fullest. Not only does she have good ideas and innovative plans for our team, but she is equally good at implementing them which adds to our teams success and camaraderie.
Leading by example is one of her strong-suits and one most appreciate in a manager. Although her schedule may be overflowing with tasks, she will not hesitate to be there for patients services when the rest of the nurses are equally as busy. She will step up to the plate at any time to take on an admit or drive and hour or more to make sure a patient gets the care they need because she knows the true work of hospice is providing patient care and comfort.
She is continually seeking ways to improve patient service. One of the most common statements from Mya is, " I like me a good challenge," and she never lets us down when confronted with one. Her upbeat natures and support to everyone around her makes working for hospice a rewarding experience. We truly could not have made it through 2020 without her!

Mya defines the true meaning of nursing in every way. She is always more than willing to get out of her office and dive into patient care the second that the need arises. She also does the same for her staff. Truly one of the most honorable managers I have had the pleasure to work with in my career. Her passion, dedication and heart show every second of every day doing what needs to me done for the best patient care.

Judy has a huge heart and really cares about her patients. You can always tell when Judy saw a patient as they are clean, have their hair done, nails painted, and are happy. Judy really goes above and beyond with meeting each patients needs. If someone wants a milkshake, Judy gets them a milkshake.

Her incredible caring heart and straight forward approach to life and teaching survivors is unmatched. I've worked in healthcare for over 18 years and Barb is exceptional! I never dreamed it would be me and my family she was caring for when my dad was ill and passed. Much respect for this beautiful nurse! Thank you

Maria goes totally above and beyond to help her staff, which in turn allows them take exceptional care of their patients. She is always thinking multiple steps ahead and "looking around the corner" in order to prevent issues. She exemplifies "hospice leader" and I am thankful to work with her every day!

Lynn has been a great inspiritation to me. She remains steadfast in the eye of the storm. She puts the health and safety of her team and patients above all else, especially during these uncertain times of COVID19.

I admire Barb's fierce determination to make a difference in the lives of her patients and teammates. Her positivity and unending energy is an inspiration to those around her. I mostly appreciate the balance she is able to maintain with the many hats she wears.
